Shocking that the federal government and state government haven't prosecuted and convicted everyone from the owners to the Loan Processors at Clear Path Lending in Irvine. Calling this a scam does a disservice to those affected. The owners are screwing people out of their last dime in order to fund their own semi lavish lifestyles. How do you or those that you surround yourselves with sleep?These guys went from Loan Modifications to now doing mortgage loans you will see that there is an abundance of fake names, like Said Djahanbin aka Shawn Djahanbin or Sean Deam from his loan modification company, but ultimately this is just a group of d****ebag Orange County raised sons of immigrants that have absolutely no respect for the parents that sacrificed their lives to bring them to the United States. Showing up at ralllys for the freedom of the people of Iran while scamming those struggling is so phenomenally contradictory.
I recieved an offer to refinance with this company. The mailer I recived was using Bank Of America logo and Federal Governments logos. I though I was calling BofA. Yet there loan officer told me they are working on there behalf and are part of BOFA. I did my reaserch and found these scum bags that use o run Modify Loans, than Richey Law in Irvine and now Sted law firm, so YES these guys at ClearPath Lending are involved in loan modifications and Debt Settlement. Stay away rom this Shady Company.

ClearPath Lending has an A+ rating with the BBB, and a 5-star rating with YELP. This report is completely fabricated.
The person who filed this complaint, Jack Trepper, has never been a consumer of ClearPath Lending, nor do I know who he is. It seems pretty obvious to me that this is a smear campaign by a former business partner of Said Djahanbin.
Said Djahanbin is not an owner of ClearPath Lending, and has no affiliation with ClearPath Lending. ClearPath Lending has 0 complaints. We pride ourselves on providing the best rates and best customer service to our consumers.

Please take notice that ClearPath Lending (“Plaintiff”) has filed an action in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Ohio) – ClearPath Lending v. John Doe, Case No. A15001404– due to allegedly false and disparaging statements published concerning the company on Ripoff Report using the alias or screen name “JTrepper.” This complaint is one for defamation per se, defamation, tortious interference with existing economic and/or business relationships, and tortious interference with prospective economic and/or business relationships against Defendant. Plaintiff seeks the following relief: a preliminary and permanent injunction; declaratory judgment; general, exemplary, and punitive damages; and attorneys’ fees. Defendant must answer the complaint within the time allotted by the Court.

Said (Shawn) Djahanbin, Ali Omid and Nima Momayez are at it again with a new scam. Clearpathlending.com ClearPath Lending of course in Irvine California. These same group of guys have gone for Loan Modifications to Debt Settlement and now back mortgage loan with Clear Path Lenidng. Be ware
