Resulting From a TV advertisement on or about January 11 2010 I placed an order for one (1) "Palm Wallet " from "Clear Point Direct .ca (reference cc 00136 ) paid by personal check dated Jan 11th 2010 . On the same day I also placed another order for one (1) Hearing Aide kit from "Clear Point Direct .ca (reference CC 90311 . The hearing aide kit was received via Canada Post within 10 days but the "Palm Wallet has as of this date Feb. 22. 2010 not been received . A toll free phone call was placed 1-866-430-8155 which had a automatic voice referral to a 2nd toll free number 1 866-430-8155 which directed me to a "all lines are busy please wait " after waiting for about 10 minutes a automated notice saying that due to a large back order delays in shipping the "Palm Wallet" could be from two to four weeks. If you would like to speak with a operator please stay on the line . I did just that only to receive another automated response that just said (Quote ( Thank you for calling good bye ) end of phone call . This whole procedure was carried out twice with the same negative result
