WARNING, WARNING! PLEASE READ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had an emergency on 04/07/17 and the cesspool was backing up into the house. They came and did the job over a 3 day period. The worker did a very poor job. They put holes all over my garden, they busted up my under ground sprinkler system, they spray painted my lawn, they left all the stones and used gravel and sand all over my Lawn. POOR AND SLOPPY JOB. Never reimburse me for the damages.They took 3 separate payments for different jobs that were required. (Supposed to have only 2 payments).Camera, cesspool pool cap was in the wrong place. One payment due was for about $1,400.00 which was paid by Credit Card ( mind you at this point that have my C/C number on file) they came again to do another part of the job and it cost $1,194.87. I gave the driver $1,200.00 in Cash. 3 days later on 04/10/17 my C/C was charged for another $1,194.87. I called numerous times in regards to refund and kept getting a run around. I finally had no choice but to take legal action. When that was heard by the company they issued me a refund over a month later. If i did not persue this they were never going refund me my money. They knew the were wrong. They didnt even offer an insentive for thier mistake or that poor job they did. I DO NOT CARE IF MY HOUSE FLOODS AGAIN. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. BAD BUSINESS. CROOKS.

Why in the world would you pay the driver in cash?

That is taking a huge risk - paying in cash. Do you have a written receipt from the driver?  Did he email you a receipt?  Is he just an employee or did he own the company?  If you can prove the cash payment was made contact your cc company to cancel the service if the company won't reimburse you for the double payment. However, if you gave cash and have no proof of payment it will be very, very difficult to prove you paid it to the driver. There is never a reason to pay in cash...not today.
