Complaint Review: Clear Sight Driving Glasses

Clear Sight Driving Glasses Will not honor return - I am within 90 days from ship date and also received date - they say it is from order date but this information is not where on my invoice or paperwork. Boise 12639 West Explorer Drive, Suite 200

On March 9, 2020 I ordered a set of clearsight night driving glasses. I was offered a promo and ordered 2 more. The glasses were charged to my card on March 20, 2020 - the day they were shipped. I didn't receive the glasses for another 10 days (approx March 30, 2020) On June 15,2020, I contacted the company to get an address to return 2 pair of the glasses which had not been used.

I told customer service that I had tried 1 pair and was not satisfied at all - the glasses did not work well for night driving. The girl offered me a refund (without returning glasses) and then told me I was past the 90 day return window. I questioned the 90 day return. I said I am reviewing my order form and the paperwork that came with the glasses - NO WHERE on any of those papers was the 90 day return mentioned.

CS stated - "it's on our website - there is nothing I can do." I stated that even though I was unaware of the 90 days, I was still within that time frame from receipt date and even shipment date. She stated it is 90 days from order date - and again said this information is "somewhere" on their website. This is very deceptive - there is no information on any invoicing or documentation mailed to me. I WAS within 90 days from shipment date.

Since this fell within the COVID timeline - it is not my concern that the company did not ship in a timely manner. ClearSight's delay in shipment should not impact the return time allowed to a customer. I asked several times to speak to a manager and was told - "it's 90 days - call back and try to get another person to give you the credit - but they won't either". Unable to speak to a manager.
