First off this product does not work by any means. Its a complete scam! I ordered the clear tv promotion buy one get one free. total of 19.95. I added a warranty to both for $10.00 (5 each). Processing and handling $15.98 (ridiculous!) and taxed $3.73 for a total of $49.66. Upon receipt of the product I followed all directions and received 1 channel! and it was such horrible reception you could barely see it. Immediately I called in regards to a refund. I was hung up on twice, and then told by 2 represnetatives I woyld receive my full $49.66 back! i adked them each 3 times to make sure they heard me say full refund of 49.66 and both said yes.So i then went back to the post office had to pay put of my pocket to ship back and waited to see the refund in my account. A few days later I was credited only 21.57! Again I called customer servic, the representative John, who answered said yes we should have refunded you the full amount I transfer you to my supervisor who can credit you back.  Supervisor Shawna 244 then said she would not do that only refund me back the $10.00 warranty fees. I asked why was that noy automatically refunded and she responded with sayig their computers do the work and only refund the product not the warranties. So they purposely do not give you the correct refund in the first place to see if they can get away with keeping your money. I told here i went through the entire webpage and refund policy (which you think it would state the complete policy, but no) and there was nothing that said shipping and handling would not be refunded. She told me to go to FAQ (frequently asked questions and it was there. So i proceeded to check and it states ..Q. Is my clear tv covered by a money back gaurentee. A.Yes! every clear tv digital antenna is covered by a 60-day money back gaurentee, less processing handaling.. Reallly?! Does that even make sense or is the proper english? When i told her i was going to hit them with negative feedback.. her response was go on ahead with that mam.. there was not a single appology or any type of sympathy. so all in all i paid for the product that didnt not work and no longer have. This whole process was a headache..and waste of money and time. I will never buy a product from these scammers again and will write as many reveiws and complaints possible to make sure no one else buys in to their lies.
