Complaint Review: Clear Wire

Clear Wire Unscrupulous, internet connection which didn't supposedly came with 30 no charge cancellation policy. PROBLEM: the router wouldn't hold an signal longer than 1/2 hour for 2 weeks. PROBLEM #2: called them to cancel and send back unit and was put on hold 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hrs. 3 times NO Answer. finally after their 30 days was up they called back told me I owed them money. I sent them back the router but they kept billing me anyway. now its gone to collection to ruin my perfect credit. they are a scam,ripoff,unscrupulous trying to and succeeding in bilking people intentionally. nationwide internet

As stated this company was to provide an internet connection and promised a 30 day no charge return policy. They sent a router which would hold a signal for longer than 1/2 hr. When I called to return it and get my money back the number never answered, hung up on us, put us on hold for the whole 30 days. After that they called gave an address to send it back to which we did and they kept billing us and now turned it to collection to collect an unjust debt. On threat ruining peoples credit I'm sure many people just pay them giving them undue income. That are an unscrupulous, iripoff international internet scam.
