I purchased a Google Android 4.2 10.1 Inch Tablet PC - 8GB and Dual Cameras from Clearance.co on 11/21/2013. The item arrived at my home around 12/2/2013. At first everything seemedto be okay. About 3 weeks afterhaving it, I noticed that I could not watch Netflix on my tablet. I got sound but no picture. I called Netflix repeatedly but they told me it was the tablet. My wife's tablet (which is a Lenovo) played it just fine. I then called Clearance.co over 5 times for a remedy. Each time I got a different answer until finally a customer service representaive told me they would send me a return label, I would then ship it back and they would send me another one. 8 days later I still no label. I called again and got another customer service representative. He said he could see my issue in his system and would email me a return label. He said I would have it in NLT 24 hours. Didn't happen. Later the email label showed you as an attachment on my trouble ticket. 2 days later I called again and this time got someone who said they were a supervisor and stated that his people should have never told me any of that; That there was nothing he could do as they have a 15 day return policy although my item was defective. To make matters worse, about 2 weeks after this, my tablet quit working altogether and will show only a white blank sccreen with lines. I put in a trouble ticket to clearance. co and this is what they told me:
