I ordered clearcredits services on august 20, 2003. They disputed all of the items on my credit report even though they claimed that I would receive an email first. They charged me 39.75 for their services and when I called up back then they said they couldn't refund.

I called today (Feb 18 2004) and told them I didn't receive their email back then. I asked to speak with a supervisor who said that there was an email bug in the system on that day even though the original rep said that the email was sent successfully. The supervisor said he will refund my money so hopefully I won't have to call my bank again.

If you want to get your money refunded just tell them you never received the email and just keep insisting it. Theres no way they can verify that you received it unless they sent the email with return reciept requested AND if you accepted the return receipt.
