I, like most of the recent posters on this company, am a former employee. I lost my job last week along with most of the company. All of what has been said by former employees is absolutely true. This company rips you off and does nothing for you. It's as simple as that.

Most everything on the website is either blatantly false or purposely misleading. There are no lawyers or attorneys employed by the company, the testimonials on the site were written by someone in the company, not actual customers, and the RSVP software just does not exist. I don't think that can be overstated.

Brian Poe, the founder and CEO of the company, as has been previously stated, has an ego the size of Texas and doesn't care about anything but himself and his money. He's in the middle of his second divorce so obviously he treated his wife about as well as he treats his employees and his customers. He promises people the world and charms them just long enough to get their money, and then he's done with you.

If you give your money this company, don't expect to get anything back of value. You may get some forms that were filled out for you, but they'll probably be filled out wrong and the forms are probably outdated. Also, don't expect an expungement for your money. Expungements are all but non-existent and usually the best thing you can apply for is a governor's pardon, which hardly ever get granted.

Please save your hard earned money and don't support what I came to find out is a scam and rip off.

I for one had a profile on this company's site, trying to find work. A lot of the jobs listed did background checks and you had to have a clean record but this company said that the listed employer's would hire people with a record. The last time I heard from this company, they called me to ask me to pay $150.00 per charge to get them expunged or sealed. They said Florida charges $300.00 per charge and they would pay half. I didn't have the money so I couldn't. After that I stopped getting email notifications about potential jobs and now I can't even get into the site. No one can.

I recently checked on having my record expunged or sealed and come to find out Florida only charges a $75.00 application fee for up to 4 charges. Not $300.00 per charge like this company told me. I believe they tried to rip me off but thank God I didn't have the money.

I firmly believe the the ex-employee's that said this company is out to rip people off. They are very truthful because this company tried to rip me off.

Bad employees show their true colors after dismissal

I wish I could post the name of this individual trashing our fine organization however our CEO will not allow us to take the same low road this person has taken. Quite frankly we all know who this is and are glad they are no longer working with us (I can assure you they were not here in 2006), as you can see this person is bitter with a vendetta using other peoples names and not their own.

I am very proud of the work I and others do here, we are very sincere in helping others. This person never made these complaints prior to being let go and as you see should probably have never been hired in the first place. This person is spreading lies and and making personal attacks. They are trying to hurt a very well respected organization committed to helping people.

Consider the source and feel free to contact the company, every team member here will gladly speak with you, just consider annonymous internet sources.

#5UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, June 09, 2008

As a former employee of this company I would like to address a few of the claims made by Willard. As for his claim that he is the only Willard this is true and who ever filed this report was more than likely not him. To address some of the other issues he claims are false, one he is thiason between employess and the management only in that they have no true HR person, no one would ever bring a complaint about Mr. Poe or anyone else to Willard as he would only for lack of a better term "tattle" to upper management and not address the issue. As to the RSVP software, it DID NOT EXIST, I had direct contact with the IT team as well as the person in charge of database removal none of which was done.

If this wonderous software RSVP did exist why has the company now taken it off of their website and now only states that they will contact the databases. I have screenshots and dates to back up this claim. The testamonials are fake only a couple of them are truley written by actual customers, I began working for this company in early '06 and these are the exact same "customers" that were on the site from the beggining written by Mr. Poe or another employee.

I find it inslusting that Mr. Willard claims the company does get the job done when there are people who, have had nothing done on their cases since 2006, Mr. Willard is nothing more than Brian Poe's yes man and was heard by more than one employee stating that he has no ethics and has shown that through his actions time and time again, that is why he is still employed with this scam and those of us who questioned or found out about it are no longer there. Please Mr. Willard tell the truth the company fills out forms that anyone can get from the court or the state and does nothing else, I challage clearmyrecord.com to post on their website the names of non-eas owned background check companies that are notified when someone's record is cleared so that consumers can check with those companies as to the truth of this amazing RSVP software. Start with some of the well know larger comapanies I am sure that if any are notified the most well known are. Well people they are not they will tell you themselves they will accept nothing from a company like clearmyrecord.com.

There are a few things I would like to clarify regarding the remarks supposedly' left by Willard Lexington, Kentucky.

First and foremost of the items I would like to address is the fact that there has only ever been one person named Willard that has ever worked for EAS, and I am that individual. By the way, I'm still very much employed by EAS, and I am still available to assist any of our customers with any issues or questions they may have.

It is also important for me to point out that whomever it was that decided to post as me, has made a number of other errors, or are lying in order to exact a revenge of some kind over their departure from our company. In either case they have made a number of false claims that I would like to take a moment to address for those that are interested.

1. There have been and continue to be a number of attorneys working with this company to ensure that everything we do as a company is correct and accurate.

2. The testimonials that you see are indeed from actual customers. Many of the ones posted are from individuals that I specifically have assisted in the process of getting their record cleared. To suggest otherwise I find offensive both to myself, and for the individuals out there that gave us permission to use their testimonies.

3. The RSVP software does indeed exist. It has for some time. There have certainly been delays in getting this brand new software working to its maximum potential (as you would have with any new large software program). However, do not confuse delay for non-existence. Once again you have what appears to be an angry, uninformed former employee attempting to discredit the hard work being done by our IT team.

4. As for Brian Poe, he is a selfless individual who works hard at maintaining a company he started in order to help other people who were in need. As liaison between staff and executive management I can assure you that not one complaint regarding Mr. Poe was ever brought forward by any team member while employed here EAS. I work closely with Brian every day and find his commitment to his team and our customers to be of the highest level. He is also set to launch an entirely free job placement service for ex-offenders in need of employment out his own pocket. This service is set to launch nationwide June 12th, 2008, you can view the details at hard2hire.org.

I find myself compelled to point out that based on the content of the numerous posts located on this site (and others), it appears to be the work of one individual with a grudge, and not the type of individual that would make a good fit for our company or our clients. If they are willing to use my name to sign off, then clearly they are willing to use others as well.

As always, if there is anything someone would like to discuss about the company, please feel free to contact me. You can reach me at wadkins@clearmyrecord.com, or by calling in and asking for extension #304.

Best regards,

Willard Adkins
