Clearpoint Direct.Com ordered cookbooks, sent wrong ones, can't get anyone to respond Champlain New York

I used one of the coupons found in the Sunday coupons section to order two sets of the Grandma Cookbooks series on home cooking recipes. The coupon was directed only to this particulat series, so I could not order an incorrect or another series by mistake.

I got in the mail two sets of another series of cookbooks that I did not want. I have been trying ever since to get in contact with anyone from this company with no success for the past two weeks.

I have sent several emails, to the email link they publish on their website with no response back.

I have tried several times to call the "800" number they list on their website, and I get an error message saying that I can not contact this number and to please check to see if I have dialed an incorrect number. I have even tried to go through the operator and have gotten the same error message.

I have tried dialing directly to their 514 area code number, but have been on hold for so long that I am annoyed to be spending even more money in an effort to correct their mistake.

I am sorry I did not search for this company on your website sooner -- this company has been reported at least once before for not delivering the product the customer paid for, and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this company at all costs, because it will cost you, and you won't get the product you desire (even though they will happily cash your check/process your creid card).
