Clearpoint International (direct marketing) is dishonest and unethical. Wish I hadn't ordered from them.
On August 16th 2010, I ordered 4 bras online with my debit/credit card. First off, ordering it online literally doubled the shipping over the printed ads that came with the Sunday paper.
On August 17th the money was deducted from my account.
Today is September 9th (yes thats 24 DAYS!!) and my order has still not been delivered.
Called them last week and was told "well its 10-14 'working days' to arrive" and when I told her that I keep logging into the US Postal service site to track my shipment with the tracking number they emailed me, the Postal Service keeps saying that it has no record of that item. 'Customer Service' Rep got very snippy at that point.
If the item does not show up by tomorrow, then I will be contacting my bank and filing a 'fraudulent charge' complaint on my card.

Please contact us directly and we can assist you to verify any complaints you may have.
All our print ads clearly indicate that shipping charges vary online. Also shipping time is clearly stated as 4 to 6 weeks (28 to 42 business days). If you ordered online on August 16th then it has only been in the system 16 business days. I cannot find your order without your last name and phone number, however I am confident your order it on its way to you. Orders to California typically do take a bit longer, and can go slightly past the 42 business days for shipping.
