ClearPointDirect Waiting and waiting - what I fool I was - I have been RIPPED OFF Champlain New York
My 87-year-old mother saw an ad for these slippers; not waiting for us to check out the ad and/or company, she sent her check off. She was eagerly awaiting her slippers.
Well, she keeps waiting and asking where they could be. So, we, her children, are now realizing she evidently sent a check to a fraudalent company. I am going to pursue this through the Better Business Bureau and the District Attorney's office.
How was my mother supposed to know that this was a rip-off company? How many other elderly people on fixed incomes have been the victims of these down-right dishonest people? So beware - I wish I had checked on clearpointdirect beforehand - my mother would not be disappointed each time the mailman left nothing from this company and I would not be angry.

Hi There,
I was just wondering if you had contacted clearpoints customer service and also if your mother has recieved her slippers yet.
