ClearPointDurect.Com Carole Martin 83 Year Old Woman left Hanging - Over A Month and still No Bra's Champlain New York
Ordered 3 sets of bra's 10/15/08, credit card payment went through that same day - PAID, now it is 11/19 and still no Hooter Holders!
Tried to contact the company. Called 1-888-840-9999 which is the number they have listed on their web site under contacts for US and Canada. This phone number is not working!
Called the second phone number listed, 1-514-631-7799, it did actually answer, but, right, it is not a toll free number and I was on hold for about 20 minutes before the first snotty b---- came on the line. Rude, Unhelpful, acted like she could not really care.
The only conformation I could get from them for this order is the order ID number that was emailed to me after the order was placed - lot of good that does - I have had that number for over 30 days and still have no cups.
They say they have shipped the order, but I have yet to receive it!
