Complaint Review: ClearSight Glasses

ClearSight Glasses Ordered these glasses, and then the email tells us they mailed them out on 31 Dec, 2-17. Today it is 22 Jan 2018. We have not heard from them yet.

Ordered the end of Dec 2 pair of glasses with a 3rd pair free. I emailed them on Jan 10th, 2018 asking about the glasses. They wrote back and said

"Sorry you didnt get the information in advance. Items will be shipped out using USPS and takes 1-3 days for processing and 1-3 days for shipping." They gave me the tracking number. Which I clicked on and it tells me that it was in their facility on the 29th Dec. No update since. They said it takes 2-4 weeks for us to get the package.  it has been that long already.
