There has been a turnover of tenants. Peepiing tom maintenance old man. dirty elevators, stained carpets, windows smudged and filthy, cobwebs, smells, manager and maintenance man sit in front of cameras most of the day. the manager is never in her office so you can't get help on anything, bugs and broken appliances throughout the building and they will not replace and all they do is mend do not fix. If you have a parent do not recommend this place. The manager and maintenance old man smoke so much it wreaks throughout the floors. If you can't find maintenance it is because he hides in a room on the 2nd or 4th floor. No mowing, burned all the grass so he would have to edge it. The place is run with intimidation and threats.
