Complaint Review: Clearwater Solutions

I applied online for personal loan, a few days later i was contacted via e-mail that i had been approved. I contacted the listed numbers and the call was answered by the friendliest voice i had ever heard,that on a one Richard Brooster. He was oh so helpful in guiding me through the steps need to obtain my loan.

Then the happy persona dropped, i received a call from him stating that i was approved if i could make the first four months payments. A total of $1050.00 us dollars. Now this is on a 5000.00 dollar loan (their minimum).I was very nervious and voiced this feeling many of times. That happy helpful voice returned and assurred me that all was well that he would not risk his job......ect.

Now at this point i do have a signed financial aggree ment between me and the mentioned scam artists oh i mean "company". LOL that is a joke. So after what i could do for research i sent the full required dollar amount to what he gave me the first time as the companys address. Something went wrong. I received a call that he had givin me the wrong contact/payee info and told me to send the money out to a "Kate Gilmore" in London Ontario, Canada.

All my red flags went up but the money was already gone. I was to receive my funds into my account by 11am the next morning (Or a total of 24 hours later) about an hour before the money was to be in my account i received another call from Mr. Brooster stating that according to the signed contract they had a final ability to reassess me. They did so and i was told that i needed to send an additional $1050.00, for me to receive my loan. I Flew off the handle i mentioned that if i had $2100.00 laying around that i wouldn't need a $5000.00 loan so they then said that oh well if you send us the additional funds you will be approved for a $7000.00 loan

By this time the customer service was complety gone. I told them that i wanted a refund of my money and the money gram fees, and like they had it planned or where used to hearing it he said that they 90 days to refund me my money. By this point in time i felt scammed and started calling around for help from local athorites. they where helpful to an extent but not fulfilling i also contacted my bank and they helped tremendusly. Long story short my personal banker made a call to this company on my behalf and after reviewing the "contract" that i signed, was told that ok he can have his money back in thirty bussiness days. OK i was satisfied with that atleast till now. My thirty days was up on friday Nov. 2. I seen nothing come in to my account. I made an attempt to call the phone number i had and more or less it is no longer in service, so i tried the website also gone. Now for a company that has supposedly been in business for better then 20 years it is hard to believe that they run an ethical and profitable "service" like this!!!! All this was is a scam i was a person in need of help and they took advantage of me and ran with my money. So to ne body that needs help like i did do lots of homework before you say yes to ne thing. And to any body that could help me it would be greatly helpful.
