CLEARWIRE CLEAR INTERNET This the fifth USB device that have broken and had to mail it back with the responsibility to be charge for shipping and handle. I think it's unfair to pay for default device that has malfunction KIRKLAND , Washington

The Usb device for on the go internet has broken this is the fifth one that had be sent back. These little usb device has malfunction of over period time of wear and tear they don't work properly. The need to stand behind there product if they know there a problem, what happen to customer always right policy. Instead they argue the fact that it the customer fault and you break you pay;this is a ripoff they are getting rich off the same default item, when they should discontinue product, will there is over 1078 complaints.
