I was lured into signing up for this service; later entering my physical address in their "service area" shows not available.  Although I could get Internet service, it was poor and timed out frequently.  Trying to cancel after a year but they're telling me I agreed to a 2 year contract.  Am continuing to try and will go up the ranks until they cancel and not charge me the cancellation fee.  I am on fixed income - SS Disability - and have already changed providers for Internet to a more reliable service.
