Just like many others here I bought a car from them, and have yet to get a title from them. This Robert guy is just absolutely a nightmare, not returning calls, nothing. Ignoring emails, and threats of Attorney's don't even get the guys blood pressure up. Why is our GOVT we pay money to not shutting down outfits like this?
He keeps promising to fax/send temporary plates, and does not even do that in time. His main line gets a voicemail that says it is full and you can not leave a message, or his backup line goes to a voicemail that I never get a return call on (or any reaction for that matter).
I wish I would have looked them up before buying the car. What an a.. really, do not buy here, let all your friends know not to buy there, that can be the only way to get the guy down.
Most pathetic business I have ever had. I saw that on one complaint about him he actually had the nerve to argue about his non-action. What an excuse of a guy. Get lost Robert Clark. Take your business to China, though hold that thought they have more customer service in a day you will have in a lifetime.
