Several times I drove my car in to Cleo Bay Honda to have the car serviced. I told Rodney Pease (service mgr.) that the car's engine would die for no apparent reason.

I asked him if it could be the car's battery; each time he told me that the mechanics could find nothing wrong with my car.

Finally I took it to another mechanic who recognized that my battery was very low and installed a new battery. My car runs fine now.

My daughter & I could have been killed because my car would come to a complete stop in moving traffic. I can only hope that they do not treat all their customers the way I have been treated.
