Complaint Review: CLERICAL GEAR

Oh yes I've had the pleasure of dealing with Judy Ellis and her *cough cough* business. She pretends that she's hiring (then again she is not cause you are not one of their employees *rollseyes* ) people for clerical assignments. What really happens is: you give her your money to then advertise for her. You spam the internet to recruit more idiots (yes I just called myself an idiot for falling for this) who in turn will recruit more idiots and so on.... You get paid pitiful amounts for this and so to actually remake this money you spent (their one time fee) you spam so many places that they are bound to get someone else to sign up in the meantime.

Her site is plain and simple FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It is also very cleverly done so that you can't get a refund (read below to see why)

Now here it goes: nowhere on the site it will say that she will not refund...well not until you pay. Once you have paid you are then shown their terms and conditions, by which time it's too late cause you find out that they will not refund you.

You then have my case where I kindly (at first) asked for a refund the day after I paid (hadn't even received access to the terms and conditions yet). I asked over and over again and never got a reply, knowing that she was reading the emails cause I had put an invisible track on them, till I threatened to report her. She then told me they didn't do refunds and pretended that she wasn't getting my emails. I insisted and she promised me a refund...she promised me twice and of course I never got my money back. When I got really shirty with her (after ONE MONTH of emails back and forth) she told me I was rude and obnoxious and ate her word.

So my advice: DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, unless you want to be a spammer or a brown noser...yes cause that is how you get to do extra assignments that apparently get paid more than the $8-15 or 20.
