Our Mr. Phelps obtained a car loan some years back and refused to pay for the vehicle. He then stated to our agency that he would not pay for the vehicle and would not return it. He stated, in fact, that he had hid the car in New York.

In multiple conversations with this individual he claimed to own a basketball team and told me how big a man he was and how he would never steal - however, he has lied to me more than a dozen times and has continued to hide the car even though he has not paid on it in over 2 years.

I'm not sure what a thief is doing with a basketball team, but, we are doing all that we need legally to obtain either the vehicle or a judgment against this individual.

A warning to lender, financiers, team members and supporters; this man is a liar and a thief. Beware of doing business with him.

More lies and threats

Funny. Someone calls us the wrong doer. Not the person who stole the car. Not the one who lied to us over and over again. Not the one who hid our property and then told me he'd never surrender it to us.

Also, for your information, we are not a collection agency. We OWN this vehicle and it was stolen and then hid from us.

Phelps is a thief, liar, and a scofflaw. He should NOT be in charge of a professional basketball team where he teaches values to our children and then steals property from it's rightful owner.

In this matter I will never rest.

Mr Colorado:

You, and your Agency is in violation of the Fair debt collections Practices Act.

You have disclosed to millions of 3rd parties, none of whom have anything to do with MR Phelps debt information, details about his debt.

I hope Mr Phelps reads this rebuttal, and contacts an Attorney.  Not only will he be able to keep his car, but you will be fined for this unlawful act!!!!
