I purchased a membership in Clever Island for my Grandson on March 26, 2004. I was to receive a $20 wal mart gift card within 4-6 weeks. My grandson decided not to maintain this membership and I cancelled within my trial period on April 14, 2004. On that date I received an Address Verification and was advised that I would again receive my shopping card in 8-12 weeks!! and to contact these people at support@cleverisland.com.

Since that time I have called no fewer then three times and each time have been told the same thing "we were swamped with this offer and it will be 4-6 weeks before we get caught up". As this started 3/26/04 and I still have not received this simple item as of 10/4/04 I think there is a problem. Please contact this company and see what is holding them together. I am only out $1.00 and seven months of waiting but it is a true bummer. I doubt that most people would still be pursuing this now but I am stubborn. What is right is right and what is wrong is this deal.
