I attempted to make an online purchase of TuneUp Utilities and the process was directed to Cleverbridge for processing. I provided my credit card information and collected the unlock code for the software. BUT a few dayl later when I checked my credit card account I found the charge for the software ($34.95) and a  second charge for $24.95. After much research I found that I now had a subscription to a Porn site OUTBACK s**t HOUSE     http://outbacksluthouse.com/         Of course CleverBridge denys knowing anything and denys responsibility. The FACT is I only provided my credit card to One site (supposedly secure) and I have Two charges. The BOTTOM LINE is Don't trust this company, If they are not in bed with the porn mongers then they are certainly not protecting the security of the transactions.

We deal specifically with payment-related issues for software companies and nothing else. 

We are a government regulated, PCI compliant, TRUSTe certified business with an A rating from the Better Business Bureau. We are sorry to hear about your experience, but this subscription did not come through us or any of the software manufacturers we are associated with. We recommend you dispute that charge with your bank as you have clearly not made this purchase.
