I too got scammed by this company.  Since it was linked to Amazon.com, I thought it would be safe to order from them even though it sounded too good to be true!

After I didn't receive my DVD set in three weeks after ordering, I tried e-mailing and phoning the company with no response.  After a week, I received an e-mail response.
order had been processed and I would receive it.(BTW, there are at least 4 different e-mail contacts.)

By this time, I had seen the RIPOFF reports.

After a month, I received my DVD set in a beat up box from Guangzhou China.
There were 27 (NOT 7 as advertised) discs in a partially open plastic box.  The discs were held in flimsy little plastic holders and were labeled by hand.  The quality of all of the discs was very poor - with distorted images and audio - Not unlike a poor quality video recording.  These are obviously boot-legged and I can't believe for a second that this is legal.

I intend to pursue this matter to the full extent possible.
I have already contacted my bank, the attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission, for starters.

Yes, Finally, Click DVD refunded all of my money, including the shipping cost.
They don't even want their products back!!  But it took a LOT of persistence.

Justice has prevailed in my case, but it was a royal pain in the arm and took up WAY too much precious time!  Still, don't be a victim of fraudulent activity!  MAKE them refund your money!

Next time I order something on line from other than a KNOWN website, I will check in with ripoffreport.com first!

UPDATE on Click DVD House

The plot thickens!!  I received TWO more pirated, unwatchable sets of DVD's within one week of receiving the first one (so they aren't even on top of what they are shipping out).  At this point, I contacted the company for a refund, and was told that the DVD's won't play on any DVD player older than 4 years. I was told I would get a refund if I gave them the last 4 numbers of my card, which I did.
Well, that was three weeks ago, and still no refund, and I KNOW that they are just lying.

I am sick of dealing with this, but am not letting it go.  The process of mediation through the Attorney General's Office is already in process and they are aware that the company is a scam.  Since I ordered the product with my bank card, I now have to take the time to negotiate with my bank (which will take up to three months).

I encourage all of you to file official complaints and take this company down.
