I ordered a Free Trial of Tri Slim on-line on Aug. 28, 2008. After receiving the product and paying a nominal charge for shipping & handling, I did some research on the Internet and found that the product was not something I wanted to take. I called Tri Slim and canceled the order - thinking that that was the end of it. According to the site that I ordered from, if I canceled in the first 30 days, I would no longer receive the product or be charged. I did in fact receive another bottle of Tri-Slim - which I called the company about and upon returning it, they credited my credit card for the $59.99 that they charged incorrectly.

I was looking over my credit card statements and noticed a charge for $29.99 billed by My Fitness - ClickIncome out of Sandy, Utah, beginning in December 2008 and billed each and every month through April, 2009. That is 5 payments totally $149.95 for something I never signed up for, never got anything in return for and furthermore, I never even heard of the company. I called the 800 number on my statement and was told that when I ordered the Tri Slim that I automatically got a subscription to My Fitness (whatever that is???) at a fee of $29.95 per month. I told them that I canceled with Tri Slim. They said that since they are two different companies that I had to cancel with them as well. How could I do that when I had no idea that they gave my credit card information to this other company? I ended my relationship with Tri Slim and that is all I was required to do per their terms.

I said to the Click Income / My Fitness representative that this was FRAUDULENT behavior and that he should be ashamed of himself. He laughed and said, "I am ashamed...and the money keeps coming in." I then told him that I would do everything I could, including filing a class action lawsuit to stop him from ripping consumers off. This is terrible, illegal and furthermore, immoral and this company MUST be stopped!!!
