Complaint Review: Click-O-Rama

On Feb 11, 2002 I ordered an Oregon PE-316CA Pedometer w/Calorie Counter. The description stated it had a pulse meter. When it arrived I found it did not have a pulse meter. I contacted the Oregon company that made it and they informed me that it didn't have the pulse meter. I tried to contact click-o-rama via their customer service email. I got an automated response and never heard from any one at the company.

When I recieved my credit card statement I called the phone number that was listed with the charges for the pedometer. By then I discovered that the pedometer was not giving accurate readings. I explained this to a man named Michael who was a representive from Netany A Enterprises LLC whom the charges was listed to.

He said that the computer was down and as soon as it was up he would put the information where it needed to go and I would be emailed a return form so I could send it back for credit. As of Mar. 24, 2002 I have never recieved any type of email from this company. I am disappointed in the product and the company and would like my money refunded.
