I called these people with a problem with my laptop computer. We spent oner 6 hours on the phone, after which my computer was messed up even more. They had said it would only cost $129.00. They billed me $199.oo to my credit card.
I contested the bill through my credit card company. They keep call me ( over 20 times). I have requsted that they quot call me and cancel my bill for $199.00. They continue to keep calling me on my cell phone, which costs me money also.
