Complaint Review: click4support

The company click4support is horrible.....I have been having issues with my laptop since I recieved several weeks ago, so I decided to go online to try and figure out what I needed to do to fix the issues and I came across this website stating it they were a Lenovo support company, since Lenovo is the brand of my laptop I called them and boy was that a mistake. I spoke to a tech explained my problem to him and he asked if he could have permission to access my computer, I am under the impression he is a Lenovo employee, so I said yes, he explained to me upon inspecting my laptop that I needed to add an optimizer and a cleaning program and I needed to add maleware as well, so he said it was going to cost $69. for maleware and $129. for the optimizer, I explained to him that my laptop is under warranty and it should be covered on the warranty, he never stated that he was not working for Lenovo, all he said was software was not covered under the warranty, so again I am still under the impression that he is a Lenovo employee. So long story short I asked if he could guarantee that what he was going to do would in fact correct the issues and he said yes everything he was going to do would fix my problems, so I agreed. Less than 24 hours later the problem was not fixed, so I called and they are not willing to refund my money, atleast not all of it, I paid $199.99 they will only refund $121, there is a $79. Tech fee this was not disclosed, now had the tech told me that he was not for sure this would fix my issues and he could not guarantee this I would not have proceeded any further, I would have ended the call. I called the billing department and found out this company puts up a webite with all major brand laptop companies name in front of supprt like Dell, Apple, H.P. , Lenovo ect. I saved the best for last, the programs that was installed on my laptop blocked me from logging on to Ripoff Reports I had a picture pop up and state Suspiciois Activity Dectected, so I had to set my laptop back to factory settings and then and only then was I able to log on to Ripoff Reports. Please BEWARE of this company
