I have had a fraudulent charging from clickandbuy.com while there was no a completion of my subscription to one of the website of which they are the payers. I received 2 cell phone text messages stating that I was billed (the amount of money chosen) not only once, but twice. Therefore, it was a double billing. I tried to contact everyone involved in this by emailing, however, I got no real responses.
I don't know now what to do in order either to cancel my subscription or get a refund of my credits I paid.
Please help me and your response will be much appreciated.
