On December 22, 2007, I paid $49.90 with my Visa to get unlimited free DVD movie downloads, music ad TV shows to my PC. It directed me to another page that gave me "step by step instructions to download movies, music, TV shows and more." I completed the download of UTorrent.

After completing these steps, my kids were excited to download their first movie. We searched for a movie and entered it as directed. Nothing happened. Links on the page didn't go anywhere.

I tried to get back to my original clickbank.com page and couldn't. I did get an email stating my payment and it included a link in case I didn't receive my product after payment. That went nowhere and it was an automated notification.

I noticed there was NO phone number or address. I clicked on the email link to send an email and have heard nothing.

I feel so helpless and usually take every precaution from being "ripped off". This is my last resort. I don't know what else to do.

contact your credit card company

You can never really get scammed when you pay with a credit card. Just contact your credit card company and let them know you you were scammed and to reverse the charge. They might send you some paperwork, but the process is very painless. I too have noticed that getting clickbank to refund anything is difficult, poor customer support there.
