Clickbank Aka Members-site.net Ripped off by scammers! Internet
I went online on 02/09/08 looking at sites for movie downloads. I thoughtI had found one with unlimited downloads at a good price. After I payed for this I realized that it only sent me to another site (Torrent) where I had to download the software from this other site. For one; Torrent web site is free, for two; you have to download the movies illegally. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from them. Is there anything that can be done to stop this site from doing it to other people?

I was scammed by the same site for $34.95 last week.
As soon as I realized I was scammed, I wrote them an email which told them they were breaking several internet laws, that my roommate was a lawyer, and that if my money was not refunded within 24 hours, that I would be contacting them through my lawyer.
This proved to be effective as I was refunded within 24 hours, full amount, without any comment or hassle.
I urge you to threaten legal action immediately if they do not refund your money...don't be nice, let them know you mean business.
I also stated that I would be contacting several internet watchdog organizations and consumer groups with my story....so you may want to include that with your email.
Best of luck in getting a refund.
