On their home page, http://www.govtregistry.com/lp.php?sk=Adoption&tc=mI01I41, I entered very specific information about a requested file. After entering the information, it (pretended) to be searching for the requested information. It came back with one positive search result which had to be the file I was searching for due to the specific information I entered; however, I needed to pay to get the details of the search result. After my credit-card payment cleared and they thanked me for my purchase, I was presented with a new search criteria form (blank) asking me for only part of the specific information I already submitted. It instantly came back with no results. In short order I realized I had been ripped off and began immediately looking for a customer service number. No number. I finally e-mailed them on their "Technical help" customer service. This is the only way to e-mail them. I did this twice with no response either time. I have not used my credits and just wanted my money back. Thats when I began to search for another way to contact the company by phone, and that is when I came on other similar reports about this company ripping others off in the same way.
