Regcure is a computer repair program and their partner in crime is Clickbank.Double billing is their M.O.
Most importantly, it is almost impossible to get a direct contact for either company through either of their websites, but I traced them.

Sue them and they will either default or pay and the trick is to sue them for more than they owe you since if they default, you get a larger judgment and then send it to a collection agency in Idaho for collection.

I, too, had problems with the RegCure program and I contacted them. They replied to my emails promptly, were friendly and courteous, and when I asked for my money back, they credited my account immediately.
The product did not do what it claimed it would do, but, the people were great.
