I purchased the complete set of "Northern Exposure" DVDs. After about 3 weeks, what I got were obvious bootleg DVDs that did not even work at all. After several emails, they act as though the problem were my fault. I am out over $100 and have absolutely nothing so show for it. This business is obviously located somewhere in China (Taiwan, perhaps) and so they do not appear to feel the need to recognize US copyright laws, or even the basic tenant that honesty is a good thing. I for one plan to never be ripped off in this way again. Ever.
