Clickinks sent me a set of ink, one of the inks (yellow) was the wrong model type for my printer model, and ever since installing I have received errors from my printer - it is rejecting all ink cartridges with the message "Ink Cartridges cannot be recognized". 



I have had two professionals look at my printer and both say the error messages come from the ink being the wrong model and it has screwed up the chip inside and needs to be replaced.



I told clickinks technical support this, and they first offered to exchange the yellow ink. they did so, it didnt work. then they offered for a new set of ink - i returned the old set, and now they refuse to send out a new replacement set saying the values do not match up and that I have to pay for the difference.  



I expect them to replace the ink at the least to see if that fixes the problem-   they should be replacing the printer for destroying it by sending the incorrect ink and messing up my system.   



numerous promises keep being cancelled with "that was a misunderstanding" or "they were not authorized to offer you that"    This is BS. I have filed a report with BBB and am looking into small claims in Lake County Florida.
