Do not buy toners from them unless you want to see your computer ruined. We bought non-OEM toners for Brother 7840W and Canon Pixma 320C and both of these toners damaged our printer. This company does not care of the quality and their standby response is that it is out of warranty. ON Brother 7840W, we bought two toners from then. After nearly a year, we realized that the toner damaged the drum and wanted the company to take back the second unopened box of toner. Company said it is too old. But they did not care that their toner has damaged drum of our printer. If it took us a year to find out that the product is defective, they should take back unopened boxes! Same happened with our Canon Pixma 320. When we discovered that the printer is not recognizing their toner we tried to return the unopened box but they again refused. Once we bought OEM, problems were resolved. This kind of company should not be in business. Their products are awful!"
