Clicklinks sent me cartridges with dried up ink. Complainants are told to telephone for a 'return' number in order to mail back the offending cartridge. 

At purchase they never say there's a limited time to do any of this, but there is.

From my poor customer service experience, It's too risky to keep buying from Clinklinks.  I won't 'throw good money after bad.'
