Complaint Review: Clicksmart.com

Clicksmart over charges and under serves. Clicksmart rep has never recieved my signature or ad text, yet never took my ad down or responded to my inquiries of taking ad offline. It was written by a completely un educated professional and is a gross mis representation of my small company. We have recieved 0 inquiries. It is a 3rd party pass through site and in Dallas usually shows up 3 or 4 pages in organic results. I would like to gather additional contractors for a class action, please respond with your similar compaints.
