First it was the extended car warranty calls. Now it's calls from "Client Services" for lower interest rates on your credit cards. This company has called all of the numbers I have listed on the National Do Not Call list. I have not done business with this company before, therefore they are in violation of the DNC Act. Today I got the call on my cell phone, and it was a spoofed number (too many digits to be a normal US number).

So I decided to get even. I managed to get a live person on the phone, who gave me the company name of "Client Services" and a toll-free number of 1-866-352-1456 and that they are located in Florida. So I went on the web and looked up "Client Services", but it turns out that is a debt collection company.

So I called the 866 number and got a CSR on the line. I confirmed that this was "Client Services", and I convinced her to give me their website address pretending to be interested in their offer of lower interest rates. Turns out this company is actually "Resolutions Center Corp" in Orlando FL.

So I filed complaints with the Do Not Call registry (www.donotcall.gov). I got a call from these people on my home phone two nights ago, and I reported that incident too.

Let's shut these DNC violators down. Register all of your numbers (up to 3 per person) on the DNC list. Then file a complaint for each violation. Use the information I provided on this report to file your complaint.

Well, this was my 3rd and final offer to reduce my rate. I pressed '1' to speak to an agent, and when he came on I asked how do I get my number removed. He then promptly hung up on me. So I reported them to the Do Not Call website again.
