I don't even know where to begin. It all started out nice enough, a company that said it puts its Associates first (though we haven't heard that in over a year) and then it went down hill from there.

The company, which is an outsourcing call center for several big named companies, make drastic changes to company policy, I.E. call times being shortened, or schedule demands being changed, then blames it on the customer we are taking the calls for.

Every once in a while you wind up taking to a Rep. for that company, and say something about how the call time has become unrealistic, and the Rep has no idea what you are talking about.

ClientLogic is just driving up their profit margin. I know that companies are in business to make money, but doing it while making your employees miserable is a horrible way to do it.

Coming out once a year and telling your employees how the company made huge profits last year then giving them an average yearly raise of 25 cents (OR less) isn't too nice either! Our yearly benefits sign up rolls around, the benefits cost has increased close to 15%, yet the best raise you can hope for is 6%. Who is doing the math around here?

If I work here long enough to retire, I'll owe the company thousands of dollars! That is not what I am here for. I am here to support my family, but I have little time with them. If I weren't working part time else where to make ends meet maybe I could find a better job, but it looks like companies like this are becoming the norm, not the exception!

Mainly I am saying, I don't like being lied to, and being under paid, and under appreciated!

i worked for the one in las cruces, they suspended me for drug usage. I had a broken hand and was prescribed ibuprofen, admitted to the ibuprofen and took a drug test and needed to turn it in on monday. When i came in on monday, my badge was deactivated, my headset confiscated, locker contents removed and i had no job. They told me that since i was an at will employee they decided to let me go. Thats not all, a couple of months later, they fire almost all of their coaches, bu calling them into meetings and emptying their desks while in the meeting and over 3/4 of thier agents. all for attendance and drugs, with no drug tests of course. I paid for my drug test, had to eat the cost
