Cliff Terry Stage 94 Roofing, This Contractor Has Not Finished the Job and States They Cannot Find Help Austin Texas, Cape Coral, Florida
I hired cliff terry AKA stage 94 roofing to replace 7 damaged roofs for me. He stated over a year ago he would have them done in two weeks. Over time and excuses he FINALLY got most of them done. However, they put down peel and stick on my property at 2045 NE 28th Street and it has been exposed to sun and now extreme heat for MONTHS. Home Depot employees as well as internet searches state this is wrong and destructive to the underlayment. I have NO FAITH this guy would ever stand behind his work when he cant seem to finish what he was hired to do. This guy has stated all the roofers left the area, that some roofers stated they would do the work and failed, etc. I demanded this guy put down any promises in writing..which he did not and will not do. I told him I can no longer trust him due to broken promises and excuses. This guy already has 10K of my money. Now he has stopped responding all together which makes me fear he will just walk away. When a customer has problems and the contractor disappears and refuses to acknowledge or fix the issue WATCH OUT!

Since filing this criminal assaulted me. After posting about him cheating me I got a message from someone else cheated by steven scott dunn and they stated he tried to run them over with his lawn mower. When I was assaulted a witness stated he saw it happen. The police said it would be forwarded to state attorneys office then they called and said it was not being referred. i wonder if the cape coral cop he is associated with got it swept under the rug. Sadly they cannot be trusted any more than steve dunn,. He is still out there ripping off people and committing crimes with the blessing of cape coral police department. Really got to wonder about corruption in cape coral! Wrong place to invest money as well@

cliff terry has disappeared according to the company that lets him rent a license. It appears he left them hanging just like me except I gave this guy 10K These are pictures of painting jobs he was paid for. Total garbage quality. Good ole cliff terry talked a great game but now it is apparent he is BAD NEWS.. He has refused to answer me whatsoever. BEWARE HIRING ANY OUT OF TOWNERS like cliff terry from Austin Tx. His websites mislead people into believing he is part of the community and lives here. He lives in Texas. He uses other peoples names to lure you in. Then you will get unfinished work, permits not closed out, and more.
