Cliff VanNess; Spokane PC Team ripoff, ebay purchase 20 GB Archos Gmini player worth $140, item never sent Spokane Washington
I purchased a Archos Gmini player from Spokane PC off of Ebay. Person did not have Paypal (said that Paypal was investigating where he recieves his items from). Sent a money order, which CEO of the company Cliff said he recieved and sent that he was waitng for confirmation of clearence.
Purchased item on July 20th, 2006. Today is Aug.15th, 2006 and item still not recieved. Tried to email various times to see if item has been shipped and confirmation number, but email address seems to suddenly be deleated. Hotmail keeps responding as "Failure to deliver message" to ALL of spokane pc team contacts.
Tried to be patient and think that I was getting a good deal from a genuine seller, but he is nothing but a con-artist. If anyone is or thinking of taking some enforcement action (ie. lawsuit, or conyacting local police), please email me at ----- and I will coinside and take action against Cliff as well. Noone should try to rip off people the way in which he has and be allowed to get away with it.
