After one month of them installing my A/C unit, I woke up to water gushing from a light fixture, due to them completely forgetting to install drain tube. I had a total mess, with water in my attic and soaking my rugs and floor. They came out and installed the drain tube, but didn't do any clean up, and left the water in my attic. Now, after three months of being installed, my A/C has stopped working completely. They came out and said it was an expansion valve that failed. I spoke to the owner, and he said it would be three days before they can (maybe) have the part. I live in Texas, and it is mid-summer. My home was 80 degrees last night, and my 7 year daughter is here. The owner was rude, and unprofessional. After we argued on the phone he says that he bends over backwards for his customers, but would not with me. I replied, telling him I had a kid here with me, and he replied saying he felt sorry for my daughter for having a dad like me. This company is incredibly unprofessional, and showed no compassion for these situations. Two different problems in three months. Those craftsmanship does not even exist.
