Complaint Review: Climate Express

 When i was hired i was told i would get paid a certain salary. they flew me out and after orietation i was told "no we actually start everyone at this rate,in 6months you"ll be at the rate you made own your lai told him i have 13yrs driving experiencest job. i should have left then.

they assured us in orientation that if you have a problem with dispacth they would resolve it or you can get a different dispatcher. i worked for 6 weeks with 2 dif dispatchers things went well. then they assigned me a 3rd one that insisted on calling me every morning at 6-7 am regardless of what time i stopped driving. he would ask me silly ?'s like what time do you plan on delivering blah,blah... after getting irritated i explained to him that i have 13yrs experience if or when i'm late on a load i would let him know pls top calling me every morning. he kept calling and getting more and more smart-assed about it. i  tried to call one of they owners and they switched my call back to him after telling him i would just rather work with someone else the owner gets on the phone and says driver i would do the same so you guys just work it out.as a result the next 7 weeks i never got ovwer 2200 miles.

finally  that dispatcher started giving me more work(2500-2800 miles a week) which i had to stay because family problems and bills to pay. they told me my moving to Texas would get me home more often well i moved and when i did they asked me to clean out my truck while i'm not running it. i came back to work and was out 7 wks and never even got to unpack because they sent me everywhere  but by my house which btw the have 3 major customers within 20 miles of my house.

i dealt with it until i came to the yard and was talking to my dispatcher when some little a*s named josh came out and interrrupted our talk saying that i need to get in my truck and get running,. so i said Mr. load palanner i've b een waiting 4hrs for a load get me one and i'll go otherwise i'm going to walmart to get water and supplies. this fool called my cell phone and threatened me to return to the yard asap blah,blah,blah.. at this i'd had enough i told my dispatcher tell him not to speak to me again. that thursday they assigned me a load from union missouri to charlotte nc. it delivered the folllowing tuesday at 5pm 900miles 5 days. i'd had enough i started putting out applications.

when i  returned from nc i called my dispatcher to ask can i deliver early and if he would get me something to save my week, when another a*****e answered his phone (kenny lead dispatcher) and began to speak to me in a monotone insinuating my ignorance and explaining to me how to use the Qualcom to ask ?s. and that i was 2hrs away from delivery. so i accepted an offer then asked them to send me home emptied the truck and told them i'm returning the truck,when i asked my dispatcher about transportation home he said we'll discuss it when  you get here .needless to say when i returned i gave them keys and papers etc. they told me they aren't responsible for my return home and to get someone to pick me up from town .....this means get off our property.

i had already known that earlier the police had removed another black driver from the property when he quit so i left...... yes i call them bigots because all the local (suck-ups) get 3600 and 4200 dollar weeks on a regular but anyone not from this area get treated and talked to like s**t and if you stand up for yourself they cut you down to 1200-1700 mile weeks, then tell you find your own way home. and most those high rollers are GOOD OL' BOYS!!!!! 

they stood outside laughing at me struggling with me luggaged trying to leave their lot......Karma is a b***h and next week i'll be in my own truck let's see where they are after they sink this company being prejudiced.
