Climber.com Will not unsubscribe me Internet

Supposedly provide job search help and resume writing help.  From their website: "

We offer a full 100% money back guarantee If you cancel your paid account within the first 30 days and one of the simplest refund policies online simply cancel your Climber Premier in one of two ways; 1) Calling 800-374-0120 or 2) Sending an email to customerservice@. within the first 30 days of service and request a refund. Refunds will be processed the same day or next business day."

 

I sent an email to customerservice@climber.com on June 22 2016: "Per your stated policy I am requesting a cancellation of my Climber.com membership."

I keep getting billed.  I tried to call the number listed and it either does no go through or I get a voicemail.  

I tried logging into my "account" but the rest password site does not function.

I challenged the charges on my credit card with no luck.

Their supposed resume review works like this:  You send them a resume, then someone emails back and tells you that you suck at writing resumes and that for an additional $500 they will help you out.
