I purchased products from Clinical Organics at their now defunct website in March 2013 and then sent 26 e-mails in the last 8 months. I got a total of 3 responses stating each time that the products would be shipped the following week. I kept asking for tracking information and never received any product or proof of shipment. I had previously purchased from this company when it was under different management and while the previous manager was always a little late with shipment, the products were delivered. The new manager, Alex, does not readily respond to inquires about shipments if she responds at all. They also claimed at one point that the late shipment was due to a server error that resulted in the deletion of customer purchase history. Luckily, I keep copies of what I've purchased and forwarded her the e-mails which states how much I paid and what products I purchased. However, after 8 months I am now fed up waiting for delivery and have decided to make this formal report.
