They told the warranty company the disposal had a crack because of a spoon, and my claim was denied.
There never was a spoon, and after a 2nd opinion, the "crack" was actually an oil drip and wiped off. I ended up paying for it and found out later.. they refused to give me my money back and threaten to sue me if I complain..
