CLK Bank.com mobilemoneymachines, Frank Lucas, I tried to cancel my credit card transactions of $49.95 & $97.95 as soon as I reviewed the on-line programs, which had a cust satisfaction guarantee, and I'm unable to do it via internet or by phone. Florida

I reviewed an on line work at home business that seemed legitimate, but after paying the fees involved and seeing the actual business format on line, I decided it was not for me and wanted a refund to my credit card which was 100% guaranteed by this company and their spokesperson, Frank Lucas. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel on-line and by phone.
