Cloops Selling BOGUS Vouchers AND Ripping Off Merchants Manhattan Beach California
Refusing to acknowledge Better Business Bureau & Dept. of Consumer Affairs complaints, this Scam of an operation should be run out of town. They sell vouchers to businesses that are no longer operating. They sell vouchers to businesses that, for their sake, no longer accept them due to non-payment of their share.
The ONLY way that this operation gets high 'ratings' on some sites is that they PAY to be on that site ! They are, by Definition, a RIP-OFF.
I just wish that more consumers would do some investigating, so that they'd be put Out Of Business !
